Returns & Refund Policy

60 Day Risk Free Returns

You may request a return for Cura Water Filtration Systems within 60 days of delivery. To start a return, you must contact us at info@curawater.com to obtain return authorization and next steps. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

All returned Cura Water Filtration Systems, including all pieces and parts, must be disassembled and repackaged as they were originally received. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit. Please note that original shipping charges, if any, are non refundable.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or with a quality issue, please contact us immediately at info@curawater.com with proof of the issue, for example photos or video. Once verified, we will waive any restocking fees and return shipping costs. Depending on your preference and product availability, we will issue a replacement or a full refund. Please note original shipping charges, if any, are non refundable.

1 Year Limited Warranty

Your Cura Water Filtration System is backed by a 1 year limited warranty, valid from the date of original purchase.

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for the following components:

  • Cura Water Filtration System, filter head
  • Inlet hose
  • Outlet hose

Please note, the filter cartridge is a consumable item and is not covered under this warranty, as its performance naturally decreases over time.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Improper installation
  • Use with incompatible plumbing or water sources
  • Modifications, alterations, or tampering
  • Accidents, misuse, abuse, or negligence
  • Industrial use
  • Normal wear and tear

If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product or part with a new or refurbished unit
  • Refund the original purchase price, if repair or replacement is not viable

To file a warranty claim, please contact our support team at info@curawater.com with:

  • Proof of purchase, receipt or order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos, if applicable

General Terms
Except where prohibited by law, this warranty is non transferable and limited to the original purchaser. Cura Water Products Inc. is not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cura Water Products Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Water damage caused by leaks
  • Plumbing repair costs
  • Cabinet or property damage
  • Lost profits, lost savings, or loss of use arising out of or related to the use of this product, including any failure or malfunction, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages

In jurisdictions where such exclusions or limitations are not permitted, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent allowed by law and shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund. Any applicable restocking fee and original shipping charges, if any, will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a quality issue.

Exclusions

Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly through curawater.com. Items purchased through third party sellers, for example Amazon or other marketplaces, are subject to their respective return policies. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you would like to receive a different product, please complete a return, subject to approval, and place a new order separately.
